Anatomical Configuration
The figure-of-eight Grackle design is highly effective for horses that cross their jaw or pull against the bit. Standard grackles can pinch the delicate nasal cartilage or compress the sensitive facial nerves. The SeamFree™ Grackle Bridle utilizes a wide, sheepskin-padded crossover disk that sits comfortably above the nasal bones, avoiding localized nerve endings. By positioning the buckles higher on the cheek, it completely avoids cheekbone pinching and pressure on the teeth.
