The Balance Stirrup Leathers use a wide-body profile that lays completely flat. This distributes the pressure of the stirrup leather over a larger surface area on the rider's leg, eliminating bulk under the saddle skirt and protecting the horse's ribs from the hard, twisting edges of standard leathers.
